Job Description:

Summary of Duties: The Vice President of Talent Acquisition Mortgage Recruiter reporting to Co-CEO is responsible for the Company's full cycle recruitment process for Mortgage professionals. Ensures the implementation of best practices, the recruitment of qualified individuals who demonstrate a behavioral fit with the Company's values and practices and maintains an active outreach within the Mortgage Lending community.Essential Duties:--- Work closely with hiring managers to build and refine a recruiting process for mortgage professionals (mortgage loan officers, mortgage loan processors, underwriters, etc.)--- Manage the full cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates--- Maximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, open houses, job fairs, job boards, and high-volume cold calling--- Strengthen candidate search opportunities with top talent sources, such as military sources, technical schools, colleges, networking groups, and service organizations--- Create a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match in the future--- Keep pristine and detailed communication records in the applicant tracking system--- Utilize a consultative approach to recruiting for both the Candidate and the Hiring Manager--- Partner with the Hiring Manager to determine current needs, and assess ideal candidate profile, so the Recruiter can provide the Hiring Manager with the most qualified candidates for consideration--- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for all current and future roles--- Interview applicants and candidates, and provide recommended next steps to Hiring Managers--- Provide an exceptional Candidate Experience by providing consistent communication throughout the hiring process--- Stay up to date on the latest recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques; including not limited to: Candidate Selection, Candidate Qualification, Negotiation techniques and providing an exceptional Candidate Experience--- Provide suggestions to Management on process improvements--- Represent Company Lending's mission, vision and values with integrity and professionalism--- Ability to present a professional image and demeanor both internally and externally--- Maintain necessary knowledge to successfully perform job responsibilities--- Conduct business in accordance with Company's core values of honesty; integrity, and transparency--- Act as a role model/leader in achieving organizational results.--- Seek innovative alternatives to performing assigned duties.--- Ability to work effectively, independently, as well as with team members to achieve department growth.--- Facilitate an effective and respectful work environment.--- Strive to exceed internal and external customers' expectations.Other Duties:--- This position may be required to execute special projects or other related duties on occasion.Qualifications (knowledge, skills and abilities):--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred --- 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting or as a sales manager, branch manager, or mortgage loan officer in the mortgage industry, real estate, or financial services industries--- Current knowledge of recruitment best practices, human resource policies, EEO and affirmative action policies and guidelines--- Superb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills--- Familiarity with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office and social media tools--- Documented success sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying a diverse range of candidates--- Documented success sourcing and hiring high-performing salespeople--- Proven experience developing robust Candidate pipelines--- Experience utilizing Social Media, Boolean Searches and Chrome extensions to identify candidates--- Impeccable time management and organizational skills--- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
