Why Lytx:
Lytx is growing and expanding our Product Management team. This Manager will lead a team of Product Managers to deliver solutions our customers love. This role will drive engagement with customers, internal stakeholders and engineering to identify market opportunities to secure and align product portfolio investments. Additionally, this role will use critical skillsets and experience that include end to end product discovery and delivery, data driven decision making, and a knack for empowering teams.-- You'll Get To:

• Contribute to the establishment of the product roadmap for your product lines while also communicating rationale to internal business leaders.--
• Lead and coach a team of product managers to relentlessly learn about our users, identify value opportunities and deliver that value to the market.--
• Partner and collaborate with Engineering and UX leaders to ensure scrum teams are supported and empowered.--
• Work with cross functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Client Experience to identify constraints, develop discovery strategies and deliver value from discovery to delivery within an agile environment.--
• Discover and validate market opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape and make data driven decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned
  What You'll Need:--
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related discipline. MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Telematics or Video solutions.--
  • Proven leadership skills to lead a high performing team of product managers to deliver enterprise products and strategies while coaching them to achieve their own career goals.--
  • Strong customer orientation and proven experience building products that meet customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
  • Effective at using data driven decision making to influencing others in a collaborative team environment.
