This role is responsible for building a long-term successful strategy for Cordial's channel partners that ensures meaningful contributions to achievement of the company's goals in the areas of pipeline generation, revenue growth and market awareness. Using strong consultative skills, this role will work with partners to dissect their business goals and develop a better plan for achieving them in partnership with Cordial.YOU WILL* Drive net new pipeline opportunities through referrals from our partner ecosystem.* Maintain and grow a book of technology and agency partners; exceed quarterly and annual pipeline growth targets.* Take ownership of the partner experience including onboarding, ongoing management, enablement, and support. * Support the Director of Channel Partnerships in sourcing, onboarding, and enabling of new strategic partnerships. * Work across Sales, Client Experience, and Product to prioritize Cordial's technology integration partners.* Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Cordial Partners to develop co-branded and sales enablement materials. Conduct broad sales enablement sessions for both our sales team and across all partners at any given level.* Develop and execute partner growth strategies in order to support Cordial Sales pipeline growth goals. * Engage Cordial into partner's marketing programs and events.* Act as an internal Cordial resource to create more competitive and "stickier" holistic solutions for clients and prospects with your expert knowledge of our best partners.* Expand our partner program by introducing and running ongoing initiatives such as partner newsletters, certification program, integration guides, Partner Talks forum, and more. * Establish and maintain an internal repository of our Partners, their value proposition, our partner story, and all sales enablement materials.About You* 3-5 years experience in a sales or account management role at a tech company or agency; experience in channel sales or channel management is a plus; experience building your own list of prospects is a plus.* Experience with SaaS and/or rapidly growing startup is a plus.* Relentless and driven individual who enjoys creating partner value messages and helping customers. You are naturally curious and creative, and you love to build relationships and uncover opportunities.* Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, but comfortable with ambiguity and adept at solving problems creatively; Must be comfortable with complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction.* Have a positive outlook, are a self-starter, have a high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a strong ability to take responsibility for your successes and failures.* Ability to work both independently and with a team. You have a strong bias toward collaboration and an ability to work effectively in a cross functional and geographically dispersed team.* Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, as well as building/maintaining relationships with clients, partners, etc.* Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills.* Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time (US only).
