The Assistant Project Manager will Supervise and coordinate administrative and day-to-day work operations of the Eastern NM contracts as per contract specifications. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in related field and one year experience in facilities operations and management or a combination of education and experience in facilities operations and management totaling five years.   • Background check ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION This position requires that the employee report to work/training as scheduled, stay awake and alert during work/training, and follow company policy for arranging for time away from work.
    • This requires that the employee follow all policies and procedures as written at all times unless documented reasonable accommodation is made or dispensation is given by the President/CEO.
    • This position requires the employee to interact with colleagues and all stakeholders professionally and in a manner consistent with policy.

    • Attend all scheduled meetings.
    • Develop and accurately maintain various tracking reports on costs, schedules, budgets and expenditures.
    • Recruit, train, supervise, mentor and evaluate staff as per Tresco's policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate formal staff development activities including job specific orientation and ongoing staff development for all staff assigned to the contract.
    • Facilitate regular weekly staff meetings
    • Monitor performance requirements to ensure contract performance is acceptable at all times.
    • Monitor work assignments to ensure all work is being accomplished within the Statement of Work (SOW)
    • Responsible for all cost associated with the Firm fixed Price Contract. Ensure that all expenditures to include supplies, labor and special services stay within the parameters of the funded contract amount.
    • Coordinate and direct custodial services to include dusting, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash.
    • Coordinate special cleaning projects as required
    • Coordinate and direct grounds-keeping services to include mowing (ride on and push), edging, weed eater, and basic sprinkler maintenance/repair.
    • Be prepared to perform employee tasks (custodial, grounds, etc) in case employees are out no coverage available. OTHER EXPECTED FUNCTIONS/COMPETENCIES/RESULTS OF POSITION
