We see this as a paradigm shift in biomanufacturing akin to the IT industry's adoption of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that rendered obsolete corporate-owned/operated data centers or corporate servers co-located in hosting facilities.The Project Manager will lead Digital Quality Application projects and provide operational oversight for Digital Quality Application projects at Resilience. The preferred candidate builds rigorous project plans in ambiguous environments and is a skilled communicator of project risks and decisions. They enable automation, application, and technology teams' best work by architecting and executing digital projects, in some cases alongside capital programs. They demonstrate skilled communication throughout their work in providing project oversight and portfolio support, escalating risk + issues, building the right resource plans, and removing impediments to doing great work. They do all of this as part of day-to-day project management, and execution of projects across the Digital Operations disciplines.Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional teams to develop, plan and execute assigned projects
  • Develop transparent and succinct communications that gain agreement and surface conflict that drive project / program delivery
  • Accountable for project delivery in its entirety, including action accountability, decision management and documentation, and project plan development
  • Monitor and maintain project schedules; ensuring that project objectives are met, and project is on schedule and within budget
  • Collaborate with team members to create and maintain detailed, integrated project plans; use plans to drive on-time release of supplies for multiple matrixed, complex programs
  • Communicate with project stakeholders with status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
  • Support the development of project management best practices for the team, including creation of templates and business process improvements
  • Identify resource / equipment / skill set bottlenecks in the plan and developing solutions to the bottlenecks
  • Assist with problem resolution and/or risk mitigation
  • Provide active meeting management and support by capturing minutes and tracking action items
  • Conduct project closure activities to formalize and communicate project acceptance, documentation, and ongoing activities. This includes a post-implementation review to identify areas of future improvement
  • Assist with prioritizing, assigning, and organizing work to enable the project team to deliver in an organized manner
  • Manage the project planning within Atlassian tools and Smartsheet, when applicableQualifications
    • Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects
    • Diverse experience in Project Management or equivalent with knowledge of global life sciences quality initiatives and direction.
    • Agile Program Management Certifications, Certified Scrum Master or Project Management Professional credentials
    • Results-oriented with the initiative to ensure that schedules and milestones are met across teams and projects
    • Strong organizational/follow-up skills with effective capacity to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects without compromising on attention to detail
    • Advanced project management, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
    • Knowledge of GxP processes and systems.
    • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with high sense of urgency and drive for result to produce innovation, agility, and velocity to support business-as-usual operations and new project implementation and administration.Preferred Experience
      • Experience using Agile Project management tools such as Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet or equivalent
      • Understanding of diverse software development methodologies, including Waterfall, Rational Unified Process, Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programming, Pair Programming, and SAFe, plus the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit specific project and business objectives
      • Experience with the Digital Cloud projects
      • Builder mentality that seeks to produce innovation, agility, and velocity to support business-as-usual operations and new project implementation.
