We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy analytics manager to join our growing team of data analytics, automation, and tools experts. This role will be responsible for managing the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, analysis, and implementing solutions through automation. The Quality Business Analyst Manager will work closely with leaders across quality, operations, engineering, and IT to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow. They will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from business and product data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.


  • Lead multi-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Leading the building, developing, and maintaining of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
  • Design and build technical processes and tools to address business issues.
  • Lead all aspects of the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
  • Recruit, train, develop and supervise quality analyst and tools team.
  • Lead and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
  • Lead all aspects of data/report/tools requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
  • Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget, and business within Corporate Quality to craft/implement solutions to meet these needs.
  • Coordinate and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of data/tools team and effective collaboration with partners.
    • Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, or related field.
    • Master's Degree may be preferred.
    • 5-8 years' experience in an Analytics Manager position or similar role is required.
    • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
    • Proven team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced multifaceted agile work environment.
    • Solid ability to plan and lead numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously.
    • Good communication, teamwork, and delegation skills.
    • Experience with any scripting language (Python, SQL, Ruby, BASH, etc)
    • Solid understanding of machine learning lifecycle and hands-on experience on a variety of fundamental methods; reinforcement learning, decision theory, deep learning sequence modeling, and optimization theory.
    • Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques: GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
    • Knowledge of various Business Intelligence platforms (i.e., Oracle OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.)
    • Experience with automation of data processing and task scheduling
    • Experience in maintaining data warehouse systems and working on large scale data transformation using Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or other Big Data technologies
    • Familiarity with at least one cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
    • Exposure to continuous integration implementations that utilize DevOps style tools (such as Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, GitLab, etc.)
    • Ability to travel up to 10%
