        • Luxury brand experience preferred
        • Maintain adequate preowned inventory on a daily basis
        • Must have at least one shot of the COVID-19 vaccine at commencement of employment, and complete the second shot, if applicable, within the required timeline provided by Moderna or Pfizer as a condition of continuing employment.
        • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
        • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
        • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
        • Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
        • Proven sales management leadership, with at least two years of automotive retail management, at least two years of automotive retail sales experience, and familiarity with VAuto and/or Ebiz. WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

          • Preparedness: Actively manage the pre-owned inventory, including photographing new and pre-owned vehicles, working with the wholesale disposition of vehicles.
          • Leadership: Ensure sales team is motivated and trained on all products and services, set sales goals based on individual skill levels, and maintain and display an appealing inventory of pre-owned vehicles to draw the interest of customers.
