ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Office Management (estimated to be 50% of Role)
  • Oversee the clerical needs of the business (e.g., purchase orders, equipment management, certificate/license tracking) and providing administrative support to the team, with a commitment to SENTRE's values and One SENTRE culture;
  • Manage corporate partner relationships to ensure comprehensive information technology support, risk management compliance, and platform resources administration;
  • Coordinate SENTRE branded communication of corporate objectives and initiatives in collaboration with Director, Brand Experience and other SENTRE leadership;
  • Office liaison for management of corporate office (e.g., facility support, building safety and security, and lease arrangements);
  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating events on the SENTRE social calendar, as well as effectively communicating to the team. Human Resources (estimated to be 25% of Role)
    • Work with external HR consultant and legal counsel to provide human resources support for areas of complexity, updates to SENTRE Handbook and other policies;
    • Coordinate recruitment (e.g., job descriptions, job postings, interview coordination, offer letters, onboarding) and retention (e.g., organize the implementation and execution of ongoing training and development practices);
    • Maintain sensitive files for team members performance and discipline documentation, including transitional support (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations);
    • Manage compliance of state and federal regulations, including unemployment/claims administration (EDD) and leave management;Payroll Specialist (estimated to be 25% of Role)
      • Work in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer and accounting team to oversee compensation and benefits administration, including market benchmarking and education of available benefits (e.g., 401(k) plan);
      • Work with corporate resources to identify best-in-class benefits and wellness programs that enhance quality of life and are competitive in the industry;
      • Assist with expense reporting/approvals, reviewing team incentive fees and commissions, and the organization of team members timesheets, paid leave, and other time tracking documentation;
      • Other duties as assignedRequirements
        • 5+ years of work experience with bachelors degree or 8+ years of work experience without degree;
        • Related work experience in corporate office management support, including HR and benefits, expense management, payroll services (iSolved Payroll System experience preferred), IT management, executive and/or administrative office support;
        • Strongly Preferred, but not required:
        • Associate or bachelors degree, in either human resources, business, or related field;
        • Human Resources credential (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)Key Competencies
