It offers many competitive health and commuter benefits that promote the well-being of its employees as well as that of the environment.The Culture: The Talent & Organizational Development department are trusted advisors inspiring and developing a culture of inclusion, growth, and change. - As the global Center of Excellence, we are responsible for developing our employees and organizational processes that drive a culture of inclusion, engagement, and organizational performance helping GIA continue to be successful now and well into the future. - -GIA relies on a strong set of values to create a sense of purpose - guiding and inspiring people inside and outside the organization. - We strive for our employees to have a sense of belonging and inclusivity through our core values of integrity, teamwork, leadership, respect and results.What to expect:We offer competitive medical, dental, vision and matching 401-K plansPaid vacation, sick and holidays, tuition assistance, commuter benefitsGlobal business interaction opportunities with our international locationsJob Overview:The Organizational Development Manager will design, support, and manage global talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, change management, organizational design, employee engagement, onboarding, and strategic workforce planning.This position will serve as an internal consultant partnering with Human Resources and business leaders to orchestrate individual, organizational and cultural development in direct support of GIA's mission, business goals, and strategies. -Responsibilities:Provide consultation, coaching, facilitation, team development, change management, and organization development services in consultation with clients to implement organizational effectiveness initiatives and assure alignment with GIA's strategic plans.Project manage talent and organizational development initiatives by developing work plans, communicating progress, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and ensuring alignment for successful deliveryProvide thought leadership, project management, and program/service design to create proactive or responsive organizational development interventions or programs from initial contracting through post-intervention evaluation, and organize and lead project teams. -Provide coaching related to performance, leadership effectiveness, team development, and career development.Administer and interpret assessments, as related to coaching engagements or program integration.Measures the effectives of talent management programs, systems, tools and procedures - review and make recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities.Other duties as assigned.Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):Considerable strategic organizational development experience, including process and consulting competencies.Use available research, reporting and analytics tools to drive strategic conversations with business leaders as well as identify opportunities to improve existing or develop new programs and solutions; identify meaningful insights/uncover critical opportunities to experiment, innovate, and implement high-impact organizational development solutions that can be scaled to the enterprise. -Up-to-date knowledge and experience in talent and organizational development that includes knowledge of organizational change methodology, performance management, adult learning theory, employee engagement, succession planning/development, training program delivery, leadership development, consultation, coaching, relationship management, ethical practices, and business acumen.Applied experience developing and implementing organizational development best practices and industry trends to include managing programs, policies, and procedures, and addressing business challenges to improve organizational performance.Industry certifications in change management, project management, Lean Six Sigma, consulting, design thinking, appreciative inquiry, talent analytics, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, and other organizational development related areas are desirable.Continuously strives to deepen expertise and innovate new ideas and processes.Advanced levels of analytical ability, facilitation skills, and communicationAbility to influence to gain buy-in and commitment.Strong facilitation skills to lead meetings, provide training or presentations, facilitate group discussion and processes, lead team offsites, and conduct strategic planning sessions.Strong relationship management skills to support clients, stakeholders, and team members.Open and approachable management style.Listens effectively, shares information with appropriate parties.Confident, articulate and clear communication skills with all level of employees.Presents ideas and complex materials clearly, logically, and concisely.Maintains open and productive dialog with peers.Experience managing multiple projects, initiatives, and client engagements while maintaining a high level of service.Develops and executes on project plans requiring multiple work streams and resources.Recognizes problems of project scope, budget, schedule, plans, and specifications, and determines necessary changes.Researches, evaluates, estimates, and accurately interprets and applies technical data and procedural information to solve problems and/or make recommendations to management.Practices effective time management for self and others to focus on essential tasks and effective meeting management.Assembles pertinent data and sufficient facts before making decisions, makes decisions based on sound logic.Recognizes potential adverse consequences of actions.Exercises good judgment, integrity and discretion as well as logically and analytically researching and evaluating information, propositions, and claims.Thinks logically and organizes thoughts and work priorities to accomplish work efficiently.Highly collaborative style with demonstrated strategic planning and tactical implementation experience.Freely shares specialized knowledge with others.Establishes and maintains productive working relationships.Involves appropriate people in plans and decisions.Constructively addresses difficult issues that resolve the problem maintaining or enhancing the relationship.Recognizes and respects value of diversity and differing opinions.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Training or Communication, English, Education or related field and 7+ years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Master's degree or higher in organizational development, organizational behavior, human resources management, or related fields is preferred1+ year of experience leading or supervising staff.Why Should You Apply?Great benefits!Reasonable hours that provide work-life balance!Professional and educational development opportunities!Disclaimer: This job description indicates in general terms, the type and level of work performed as well as the typical responsibilities of employees in this classification and it may be changed by management at any time.
