Overview

Looking to join a high-growth, fun company where you can have a huge impact? We are looking for a qualified growth marketing director to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company. As a head of growth marketing, you should have in-depth digital marketing experience and a passion for implementing strategies that will drive brand awareness and adoption of Revs revolutionary sales development platform.

Specific responsibilities include allocating budget across paid, owned, and earned media; selecting targets; determining the tactical mix; designing and testing offers and calls to action, and working with execution team members to set goals and measurement criteria. Success for this role will be judged by growth in lead generation, growth in digital product placement, and increase in sales attributed to digital marketing and/or digital channels.

This position is full-time and remote.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and leading Revs digital marketing roadmap
  • Orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO/SEM/Paid Social media/ efforts to drive customer acquisition
  • Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, and conversion rates) to optimize online marketing spend
  • Manage email marketing programs including design, development and execution to drive acquisitions, and increase revenue from current subscriber and lead generation programs to add new subscribers into the funnel
  • Test the performance of landing pages, special promotions, content and product placement
  • Establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration)
  • Oversee media spend and search against performance metrics to optimize results
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Lead marketing budget allocation and ROI analysis for paid social, SEM, SEO, display, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing and partnerships against subscriber and revenue goals
  • Define attribution and optimization opportunities by channel and manage all paid marketing
  • Build A/B testing experiments to optimize budget, traffic and conversion rates at all stages of the funnel
  • Manage outside agencies/contractors
  • Leverage owned and earned media opportunities to support acquisition initiatives and drive engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies and programs to maximize subscriber revenue including upsell and cross-sell incentives and communication strategies
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Oversee our social media accounts
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
  • Liaise with Product, Engineering, Sales and CS teams to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

    Measurement
    • Work closely with the SVP of Marketing to build the marketing tech stack and ensure that brand is properly collecting and tracking data related to customer acquisition
    • Lead paid marketing reporting and analysis, ensuring that team and stakeholders have transparency into marketing performance
    • Measure, test, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of acquisition and provide recommendations for improvements
    • Develop and distribute daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc reporting that provides visual representations of trended results vs. forecast and historical data

      Qualifications
      • Proven work experience as a growth marketing leader using digital strategies
      • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
      • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
      • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
      • Must be creative, understand consumer behavior, and the full marketing funnel
      • You have a unique balance of analytical skills and intuition; comfortable interpreting data, deriving actionable insights and using them to execute strategic direction
      • Familiarity with web design
      • Excellent analytical and project management skills
      • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
      • Youre resourceful, you know how to take a small budget and make it go far
      • You can build strategy AND execute you are both a leader and contributor
      • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
