Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems Sector is seeking a Manager
of Business Development to lead Global Hawk Program business
development and strategy for the Global Surveillance Division -
Autonomous Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance & Targeting
(AISR&T) Business Unit in San Diego, CA.At Northrop Grumman,

also making history.The primary objective of this role is to lead
the Global Hawk Program Business Development activities focused on
sustaining and expanding program advocacy, developing, and closing
new business in a key growth area for the company. The Manager will
be responsible for leading the efforts to deliver an extraordinary
customer experience to our domestic and international customers,
infusing strategic focus and messaging into all elements of
customer engagement, pipeline, and pursuits. The successful
candidate will bring a rich experience set that supports the Global
Hawk program's current and future capabilities. The candidate will
demonstrate the ability to engage effectively and efficiently with
teams in a highly collaborative environment. The candidate will
also demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Business
Acquisition Process and proven customer engagement and pipeline
development/execution success. This position reports to the
Director of Business Development for the Global Surveillance
Division.Responsibilities Include:
Salary Range: $155,400 USD - $233,200 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,

and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
