Vendor Management AdministratorPrideStaff San Diego's client, based in the San Diego area), is looking for a Vendor Management Administrator. This position is for someone who has a very strong administrative background together with at least 2 years of property and vendor management experience.This is a great and varied role where you will be the point of contact and liaison and overseeing several business managements processes for our client's properties and vendors.This is a temporary to direct opportunity, in-office, Monday to Friday (8am to 4:30pm), and the position is paying up to $28.75 per hour DOE.If you have at least 2 years of vendor management experience and qualify per below, then please apply with your update resume for immediate consideration!Job OverviewYou will be overseeing several business managements processes for our client's properties and vendors, including working with the company's IT services vendor. You will also be the liaison for operations, building management, and various projects.Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate contracts from existing/tentative building tenants and report for approval
  • Report any issues as they come up and be the point of contact for resolution -
  • Review annual operation budget and monthly profit reports with accounting -
  • Process cost savings in cooperation with building management company -
  • Perform and lead building improvement projects with building management company, including proposals and budget control.
  • Responsible for the contracts of each property, including negotiation of renewal and new contracts -
  • Update contracts and property information to include the monthly cost of the leases, operation fee and other costs
  • Support Regional Sales Offices requests, per including business license renewals, relocation, or other issues as needed.
  • Assist with the setup of annual operation and payroll plan for the IT Division, and submit final proposal -
  • Communicate and follow up with IT Team regarding upcoming IT proposals and IT requests from the system -
  • Provide support with certain IT related projects, including improvement of IT related items for client and employees -
  • Other duties as assigned. -Experience Requirements -
    • 2 years of vendor management experience
    • Extensive Contracts and leases experience
    • Very strong administrative skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Operation and budget experience
    • Strong contract experience and knowledge
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong administration skills
    • Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing with multiple stakeholders
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office -
