Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the success and
accelerated growth objectives of the assigned territory and
business unit. The TBM I will work within the scope of
responsibilities as dictated below with guidance and support from
Sales Management, Chief Operations Officer, President and any other
necessary parties whom can support the objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Following any/all policies and guidelines develops ways to reach
new and existing referral sources doing all they can to
independently grow the volume of referrals, but most importantly
shipments in their assigned area of operations.
Understands CGM products thoroughly along with Insurance Access and
coverage requirements
Performs Prescriber and/or Partner Outreach to Introduce ADS,
Reconnect, Educate, Support and Check-in to ensure
prescriber/partner needs are getting met, while encouraging
providers/partner to utilize ADS for all serviceable CGM eligible
patients.
Works to identify CGM Sales reps in their assigned area and ensures
to connect with them regularly, logging contact information and
results of contacts.
Organizes and manages referral sources/agent utilizing CRM tool;
adding new referral sources, updating existing accounts, and
deleting duplicate accounts
Identifies Insurance Plans that present opportunities and attempts
to work through contracting process or passes information on to
Managed Care contracting.
Provides Patient follow-up as needed to ensure
patient/provider/referral needs are met.
Prepares packages for Prescriber / partner referral sources
Monitors and troubleshoots pending files; provide updates and/or
seek assistance from Prescriber / Partner source
Exceeds service expectations when representing ADS during all
calls, conferences, tradeshows, and related health care
events/activity.
Maintains and manages current records and administrative tasks,
including sales reporting
Maintains accurate and detailed records in company database
Attends all department, team, and weekly company meetings as
required
Provides feedback as to how to improve processes and policies and
grow
Perform any additional responsibilities or special projects as
required
Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based upon the
needs of the department
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
At least one year of related experience and/or training, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic level computer literacy
Sufficiently organized to manage projects and prioritize
effectively in order to meet deadlines
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
from partners, prescribers and customers and general public
Effective and professional communications, including phone and
inter personal skills
Customer service orientation; commitment to providing exceptional
external and internal service
College level business math, analytical and reporting skills
EXPECTED COMPETENCIES
High comfort level working with culturally diverse team members and
clients
Clear diction and knowledge of the English language, both written
and verbal
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Demonstrated self-motivation, reliability, and engagement
