Systems has an opening for a Principal Property Asset Management
Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This
position will be located on site in San Diego, CA. The selected
candidate will work closely with Property Management to meet the
goals and objectives of the AS Business Management
organization.Essential Functions:Conduct analysis of data using
multiple company business systems to determine the capitalization
of assets acquired on capital projectsDevelop and implement the
annual physical inventory plan for company capital
assetsCollaborate with other departments to assist in resolving
inquiries and issues that pertain to the asset life cycle from
acquisition through disposition and contract closeoutWork with
property focal points to ensure accountability and identification
of assetsCoordinate with other functional areas to ensure processes
are performed in accordance with NGAS Procedures and USG FAR
regulationsUpdate and maintain accountability recordsAbility to
compute, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposesAssist
in contractor self-assessment auditsAdditional assignments may be
given to assist other team members, as neededBasic
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 6 years of Property
Management, Audit, or Compliance experience, or a Master's degree
with 4 years of stated experienceKnowledge of applicable Property
Management related regulations, to include FAR 52.245-1 and DFARS
Able to work on site in San Diego, CAPreferred
Qualifications:Experience with CAS and GAAP accounting
standardsNPMA membership/certificationProficiency with SAP, EPS and
property management systems such as AssetSmartWe offer flexible

$76,200 USD - $114,400 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
