Manager, Learning & Enablement

About This Role We are looking for an amazing Learning &
Enablement professional to join our People & Culture Team, and
build out the Learning & Enablement function from scratch. We want
our Fuellies to be their very best and commit to investing in their
career growth and living our ethos.The Manager, Learning &
Enablement holds a pivotal role to support this, taking ownership
for internal learning across the organization. The successful
candidate will be a proven learning leader, exceptional
collaborator, and compelling facilitator/presenter with a strong
presence. The primary goal of the role; developing, maintaining,
and delivering a world-class learning portfolio. The learning
portfolio is growing quickly and services all Fuel50 employees and
requires strong ownership to make sure all aspects of development
and delivery are connected, highly impactful, and accommodating to
the needs of diverse users. This role can be NZ based in our office
in Takapuna or fully remote in West Coast USA, however the person
must be able to be flexible with working hours to collaborate with
Fuellies in NZ, Australia, UK and US timezones.
- Experience in all aspects of learning & development; including
instructional design, facilitation, asset/content creation &
curation, coaching and functional leadership.
- Experience leading scalable, sales-facing programs, preferably
with expertise in leading and delivering curriculum to
organizations of all sizes
- Relevant qualification in adult education or learning
- In-depth understanding of best practices in learning
development and execution
- Proven experience with curriculum development, delivery
methodologies and best practices
- Preferably has experience in global SaaS organizations. About
