We're looking for New Business Development Directors with experience in selling Localization services into the Technology/eCommerce space. Are you a top sales performer looking for a new challenge?Job Responsibilities:As a New Business Development Director, you will identify potential clients, engage prospects, and close deals. You will be responsible for planning and organizing your day, including proposal writing, making presentations, and prospecting for new clients to ensure productivity and achievement of goals. We also have a world class lead generation process that will provide you with Golden leads that we expect you to close.Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients via mail, telephone, networking, trade shows, and more
    • Engaging prospects by identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and building trust
      • Meeting and exceeding your target
        • Negotiating and closing sales utilizing proven closing techniques
          • Attending business to business functions to network for new potential clients
            • Finding and overcoming common prospect objections and asking for the sale
              • Contributing to marketing plans and activities
                • Understand how language impacts global commerceRequirementsJob Requirements:
                  Success in this position will be based on your ability to build relationships and convert those relationships into sales. It is imperative that you have a knowledge of the challenges companies have when it comes to expanding globally and specifically how their translation costs can be dramatically reduced using Machine Translation.This is a fast-paced, competitive sales role.                   • This role is based in San Diego
                  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
                  • 3 years of successful B2B software selling to large corporations, a knowledge of the life Science orFinancial Sectors a benefit
                    • Localization technical knowledge is a plus but not a necessity
                    • Strong phone prospecting skills, negotiation skills, and ethics
                    • Computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Internet
