We offer a technically challenging and stimulating environment and the opportunity to learn from the best.Catalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer, and Catalent employee.The Role (Other duties may be assigned):Manage projects, including key accounts, that may reside within multiple business lines or sites as assigned and act as single/primary point of contact for the client and facilitate responses to client questions and observations.Independently develop complex implementation plans (project timelines, monitor internal/external project actions, and ensure milestones are met).Organize and lead meetings with client and internal teams to facilitate project completion, set meeting agendas and provide meeting minutes.Provide notification of milestone completions and forecast accurate project phase completion dates for billing to finance.During the lifecycle of projects, push to obtain resupply forecasts and new business opportunities from clients.Assist the sales team with scope definition for resupply and new business opportunities with existing clients. Review signed proposals of assigned projects and ensure scope is accurate, initiate proposal requests for project scope changes (QAR) throughout the life of the project, assist in review of proposals and scope changes prior to distribution to the client, contribute to proposal language improvements.Plan, Organize, Host, and Lead all varieties of client visits including development or manufacturing observation, project kick-off meetings, business review meetings, and prospective client visits.May lead in onboarding new employees to the project management team, may supervise other members of project management team.Provide leadership to employees including training, development, and staff recognition.Provide site-wide and company-wide training (as appropriate) and participate in site-wide continuous improvement projects.The Candidate:Bachelor's degree required; degree in scientific field preferred.7+ years in Scientific Environment (lab, research, development, project management, etc.)5+ year in a client-facing position (project management role preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak effectively before small groups of colleagues, site leadership, and day to day to interactions. Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).Collaborative team member with a customer service focused mindset who creates customer loyalty during all aspects of project management.Strong ownership and accountability with the ability to deal effectively with shifting priorities.Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving. Possess a high degree of interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to gain confidence and build strong relationships internally and externally to align on project goals.Technological proficiency for use of the computer, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Internet. Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Smartsheet or MS Project.Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel with fine dexterity, occasionally required to use a firm grasp; push/pull and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds.
