Job Description:

A commercial real estate investment company has an opening for an organized detail-oriented assistant for entry-level accounting and overall office support. Property management experience is preferred.Supportive Functions: Support team members with general office work including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying. Maintain the hard copy filing systems. Assist the Accounting team with data entry tasks Help reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis. Distribute investor K-1's at year-end (by email and/or US mail). Help review and coordinate property management budgets. Oversee property management vendor contracts. Demonstrate a high level of meticulous work, communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. California Notary preferred Excellent organizational skills essential. Skilled at troubleshooting and problem solving. Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision.Part-time (20 hours/week) in person (UTC office).Compensation: Market, parking and on-site gym access.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hourSchedule: Monday to FridayEducation: High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
