Job Description:

* Responsible for managing software license entitlements, consumption, and compliance tracking within an organization with 2,000 servers and hundreds of software titles.* Ensure ServiceNow accurately reflects entitlements and license usage.* Coordinate remediation of non-compliant software licenses* Assist IT solution architects with evaluation cost effective software licensing alternatives* Identify licensing impacts and licensing strategy related to moving workloads to AWS/Azure* Perform licensing true-ups including Microsoft EA* Manage responses to vendor initiated audits* Develop, maintain and improve software asset management policies and processes.*Requirements** Five or more years performing software asset management for software deployed in a datacenter or in a cloud* Experience working with major software vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, Micro Focus, and IBM* ServiceNow software asset management experience* Understanding license implications of deployments in AWS/Azure is a plus* Experience responding to vendor audits* Strong Excel skills* Detail oriented* Excellent communication skillsJob ID: 31906-1Job Type: ContractPay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shiftApplication Question(s):* Are you amenable to working onsite?Experience:* Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)* Software Asset Management: 5 years (Required)* Cloud: 5 years (Required)* ServiceNow software asset management: 3 years (Required)* AWS/Azure: 3 years (Required)* Vendor audits: 4 years (Required)Work Location: Remote
