The JOB

The Housekeeping Manager is a key leadership position in San Diego Mission Bay Resort's Rooms Division responsible for assisting with the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department. The Housekeeping team consists of hard working, dedicated and passionate people, who take immense pride in their work. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead, guide, train and mentor an amazing team, as well as directly impact our guest's stay.

Requirements

A qualified individual will possess a proven track record in the leadership or supervision of a hotel housekeeping team. A flexible schedule with 7 days per week availability, open to working any days, any shift, is a must. Bilingual Spanish speaking, previous luxury resort experience, and management within a union environment are major pluses.
