Why is Embark different?As the Clinical Director, you will enjoy the following benefits and responsibilities:Access to professional growth using leading-edge strategies and trainings with our exceptional leadersJoin a team of nationally recognized industry leaders who provide you with a framework of training, support, and long-term advancement opportunitiesEmbark and team members embrace the core values of empathy, trusting relationships, service, growth, and resultsClinical:Maintain treatment integrity to the programs policy and procedure, clinical model, therapeutic interventions, and adherence to the Embark clinical approachOversee and manage clinical team, outcome measure collection, maintain caseload of (3) three clients, support clinical team in crisis management, and oversee documentationCollaborate regularly with onsite treatment team, clients, and parentsOperations:Maintain system, processes, and procedures to support operational metrics, in collaboration with Executive DirectorEnsure and support program complianceCollaborate regularly with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadershipPeople:Support hiring and retaining of top clinical talentMaintain and support employee engagement and satisfactionTraining and development of clinical and non-clinical staffQualifications:What do you bring to this position?RequiredMinimum master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline(2 years) Fully licensed to practice in the state of CaliforniaOne year of supervisory experience and/or building and leading a team of licensed and associate therapistsTwo years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessionsPreferred1 year of experience counseling persons struggling with substance abuse or training on recovery modalities and substance use disordersExperience working with clients and families including intersectionality of marginalized identities.Mental health therapists who specialize in or have experience providing LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy.Experience in practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies including DBT, CBT/TF-CBT, MI, andIncorporate clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.G., PHQ-9 or GAD-7) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.A desire to perform & develop expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.One year of experience with medium to high acuity population, inpatient, residential, and or IOP/PHP setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalitiesBenefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive Benefit Program that includes:Paid holidays, plus PTO accrual scheduleMedical insurance with a generous company contribution towards a high deductible planDental insuranceVision insuranceVoluntary life and AD& D insuranceLong-term disability401K with company matchingPaid maternal leaveFlexible Work Environment
