• Help us reach our goals! This person will fulfill the Business Development component of the Mission Fed's strategic plan and apply the necessary resources to achieve objectives.
• Recommends activities that result in member growth and create a positive Mission Fed image. Assists teams with establishing and maintaining Business and School District partnerships. Supports community relations activities as necessary.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships by working regularly with district leaders, business executives, and other decision-makers to schedule and participate in key events and strategic activities that provide the maximum opportunity for Mission Fed to engage employees, faculty, students, and parents around our membership, products and programs.
• Identifies, promotes, and cultivates opportunities for business and educational partnership expansion.Here is what we are looking for:
  
  • To be successful in this role, a candidate will need a minimum 5 years of successful sales and business development management experience within a financial institution to include:
  • significant training and experience in member acquisition,
  • business development techniques and methodologies,
  • ability to communicate significant techniques and strategies with direct reports.
  • We are looking for proven experience in the areas of strategic planning, goal achievement, leadership, communication, sales coaching, and public speaking.
  • Must have a current Driver's License in good standing.
  • Spanish speaking desired but not required. What is required? Amazing written communication, customer service, problem solving, and interpersonal skills!What we offer:

      Base Pay/Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 a year
      The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is $125,000 to $165,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
