world.Are you ready?The Project Management Director serves as PM
Lead with a four person Pod. You are the central resource
responsible for planning and executing accounts. In this role you
will maintain the flow of information and drive the plan to execute
against desired outcomes. The other members of the Pod consist of
an Account Lead, Strategy Lead and Creative Lead. Within the team
you act as the centralized point of communication for an
account/project and the keeper of all information pertaining to
each account. You act as the "objective participant" and are able
to assess all jobs in progress, prioritizing workloads, maintaining
project communications and schedules, and streamlining the process
so that all work can be done in the most efficient manner possible
while maintaining creative integrity. You are responsible for
managing and measuring all costs and time associated with a
project, from the perspective of both timeline/schedules and team
hours/effort. You build master timelines and define project scopes
by estimating hours and job costs against an approved list of
deliverables and are ultimately accountable for account
profitability for the agency. You are responsible for managing the
Pod budget and for reporting key vitals to the C-Suite and
Executive Leadership Team.Roles and Responsibilities
