Job Description:
As the Vice President of Finance, you will help lead and build a
top tier finance and accounting organization and support the
strategic growth of the company in a fast-paced,
team-orientedenvironment. The VP Finance will work closely with the
leadership team to ensure thatlong-term business strategies are
supported by effective financial controls, disciplines, processes,
andefficiencies. This person will have a strong strategic,
operational, and commercial orientation, and issomeone who thrives
in a high-energy, high speed environment that emphasizes customer
impact,culture and our people as the core of our continuous
success.Essential Function and Responsibilities include:Strategic
Leadership and Planning--- Serves as a key member of the executive
leadership team--- As a strategic business partner and member of
the core Leadership Team, collaborate with thePresident of the
company and the leadership team to provide input and be a partner
in thedevelopment of organizational strategy and operational
initiatives, culture and organizationaldirection--- Provides
recommendations and insights to the President and LT members on
strategic choicesand tactics based on financial analysis and
projections, business analytics, cost identification andallocation,
revenue/expense analysis and profit optimizations--- Provides
insights and recommendations to both short-term and long-term
growth plans basedon financial insights, trends and business
analytics, with advanced scenario planning andfinancial modeling
skills--- Leads the long term, annual and ongoing strategic
planning process, being responsible fordeveloping the growth
assumptions with the commercial teams, COGS/distribution
assumptionswith the Operations team,
Organization/headcount/benefits with HR, and overall
resourceallocation, budget planning, and profit projections.---
Help vet, acquire and implement systems and software to support
financial and accountingoperations.--- Develop organic innovation
and M&A models that will create clarity on opportunity,
investmentlevels and growth opportunities--- Maintain strong
working relationships and strategic partnerships with Pharmavite
(parentcompany) leadership, finance and controller teams---
Develops revenue forecasts and P&L projections for both brands
in an omni-channelenvironmentFinancial Management and Analysis---
Responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting activities in
the company--- Has ultimate responsibility for all fiscal functions
of the company. Establishes, implements, andmaintains the financial
plans and statements, standard operating procedures and policies of
theorganization--- Prepares monthly financial budgeting reports,
creates dashboards, review and analyzes monthlyfinancial results
and provides recommendations--- Identify, develop and execute
ad-hoc analysis of business initiatives (examples includemarketing
investment, product sourcing, product launches)--- Responsible for
implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls that
ensurescompany assets are adequately safeguarded and that all
financial reporting, accountingprocesses and taxes are prepared in
compliance with financial policiesBusiness Insights & Analytics---
Responsible for implementing, optimizing and maintaining business
insights and analyticstechnologies and tools that are leveraged for
business analytics by commercial, operations andfinance teams
across the organization (i.e. looker, IRI)--- Develops reports,
recommendations and insights that are data-driven with the support
ofadvanced analytics capabilities (inhouse or external, when
needed)--- Supports the strategy and execution of an omni-channel
strategy for our brands based onfinancial and data insights and
analytics--- Manages expense report processes (Concur) and trains
employeesTeam leadership and culture builder--- Determine the best
structure for Finance organizations to meet objectives, identify,
recruit andretain top talent--- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback
and mentorship with direct reports to review performanceand goal
progress--- Develop direct reports and broader teams to increase
the team's capabilities--- Demonstrate Leadership Capabilities and
has a focus in building culture, diversity,equity and belongingWho

years of progressively higher responsibilities and experience in
accounting and finance,including a minimum of five years of
management experience--- Deep experience in Accounting and driving
FP&A function--- Experience in omni-channel businesses that
include the direct to consumer channel--- Experience working in
high growth CPG organization--- Knowledge of all aspects of
generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)--- Experience with
ERP implementationNice-to-have:--- Experience working on disruptive
consumer brands--- Experience scaling businesses across variety of
stages, start-up to mid-stage and beyond--- M&A and/or
