history.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics is currently seeking a
motivated and execution-oriented leader to join the Triton
Production Program Management team. This position will be located
in San Diego, California. The Triton Enterprise falls within the
Global Surveillance division of Northrop Grumman Aeronautics
Systems.Job Responsibilities:Directs all phases of programs from
inception through completion.Responsible for the product quality,
cost, schedule and technical performance of contracted
activities.Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business
plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating
budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.Participates in
the negotiation of contract and contract changes.Acts as primary
customer contact for program activities, leading program review
sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical
performance.Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master
plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains
solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual
specifications.Directs the work of employees assigned to the
program from technical, manufacturing and administrative
areas.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 9+ years
experience in either program management or engineering leadership
OR a Master's degree with 7+ years' experienceExperience with
Earned Value Management and demonstrated financial acumenPrior
experience leading large multi-functional teamsAn active DoD secret
clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience managing engineering
teamsAn active DoD top secret clearanceExperience successfully
managing programs of $50M or greater in the aerospace
industryExperience with preparing proposals and negotiating
contract and financial terms/conditionsExperience managing
classified programsSalary range: $176,100 - $264,100Salary Range:
$176,100 USD - $264,100 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
