Pay Range: $16.3 - $31.3
Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay.SummaryofPosition: Asa Restaurant General Manager, youwillberesponsiblefor:

The hands on daytoday activities of the restaurant.
Maintaining initiatives in the areas of:
- Administrative responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring & training
- Performance reviews
- Product quality
- Maintenance
- Working a 50 hour work weekQualifications
  - A high school diploma or University degree preferred
  - A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
  - Knowledge of P & L statements
  - Basic math and accounting skills
  - Strong customer service skills
  - Strong skills in the areas of:
    - Communication
    - Leadership
    - Conflict Resolution
    - Scheduling
