Job Description:

Position Summary The Program Director provides visionary , growth-oriented leadership and regulatory compliance for all Stepping Stone programs through the supervision and support of two program managers and one program coordinator. This position also serves as the clinical director for social work interns and ACSW-level staff and contractors. In addition to ensuring high quality service delivery, the Program Director is focused on future enhancement and growth of programs as a member of the agency s Senior Leadership Team. Essential Functions

• Provide non-clinical supervision of the Residential Program Manager, Outpatient Program Manager, and Sober Living Program Coordinator .
• Provide clinical supervision of clinical staff and clinical interns in social work and counseling graduate programs .
• Create and implement a professional development in-service curriculum for clinical and non-clinical staff
• Provide leadership support when a Program Manager or Coordinator is out of the office for paid time off
• Conduct monthly client file audits
• Serve as the agency s accessibility coordinator
• Review client NOABD s and appeals of NOABD and make final determination, consistent with agency policy
• Ensure assessment, evaluation, and continuous improvement of all programs
• Participate in the agency s Senior Leadership Team
• Build and maintain partnerships with other agencies, community programs, and internship programs at educational institutions
• Monitor and maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
• Ensure program compliance with all Federal, state, county, funder, agency, and accreditation requirement s
