Summary: The Project Manager I will oversee and ensure the successful implementation of Proficio's client projects and initiatives with an annual portfolio valued up to $2M and/or up to $500k per project. This role will be responsible for frequent interaction with internal cross-functional team members, executive staff members, partners, customer representatives, vendors, and sales. The Project Manager I will scope, track, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously through completion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage up to 10 simultaneous client onboardings/projects at any time.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify, implement, and facilitate process, to ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Create and maintain statement of work (SOW) and ensure proper communication, approval and sign-off for all change orders.
• Provide direction and establish a sense of urgency within the cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for risk and issue management, customer relationship, and project metrics.
• Regularly meet with team, develop agenda, conduct, and provide meeting minutes so that all parties are kept well informed and notified regarding project status and issues.
• Proactively assess project progress and apply improvement and recalibration, as necessary, to ensure potential issues are identified, escalated and/or resolved in a timely manner.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate with internal group as needed to ensure successful completion of project.
• Manage and perform other project related tasks and requirements by the business and other teams.
• Manage and coordinate additional internal projects as required.
• Ensure security, availability, and confidentiality of all sensitive data collected, processed, or stored by this position
  • 1-2+ years of proven experience in a similar Project Management role - recent grads with internship experience will be considered!
  • 1-2+ years of experience working in information system, network or infrastructure is highly desired
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or combination of relevant education and experience is required.
  • CAPM/PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to complete trainings/certifications for self -improvement or as may be required for the role. This may include SANS and HR required trainings.
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts, technologies, and other industry protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high performance, to handle and resolve challenges accurately and timely within standard policies and procedures on a consistent basis, is required
  • Ability to adapt to evolving client requirements while ensuring compliance to company standards and policies.
  • Highly organized in research, process, and project delivery.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and timelines.
  • Ability and willingness to perform and communicate effectively and efficiently, both independently and as a member of a diverse virtual team is required.
  • Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills are required. Salary range $65,000 to $75,000 USD
