Job Description:

SHORE Total Office is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. All of our work is schedule driven. This individual must have a strong work ethic and be able to manage time and multiple priorities effectively while working in a highly collaborative environment. The ability to find solutions through a positive attitude, taking direction and flexibility is essential.
Project Manager is responsible for assisting in all phases of projects from inception through completion and installation of the projects.
This Project Manager would be assigned to one of the largest doors, frames and hardware projects in the state.
Job Outline

• 
  
• Manage all aspects of project from initial contract, pre-construction, resource selection, install phases, closeout, etc.
  
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
  
• Review plans and specifications with estimating team prior to project start.
  
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure quality delivery of product.
  
• Monitor progress of project, communicate allocation of resources and interactions between vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
  
• Ensure organization and communication of all parties involved in project work.
  
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
  
• Other duties as assigned
  
  Requirements/Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 5+ years' experience in project management for Division 8, Doors, frames and hardware projects:
    
  • Logistics planning
    
  • Scheduling labor
    
  • Reviewing blueprints
    
  • Vendor sourcing
    
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, Google Drive, Gmail and associated applications.
    
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
    
  • A "can-do" attitude; possessing drive, initiative and a desire to learn.
    
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills.
    
  • Must be well composed while under pressure, always maintaining a positive attitude in a demanding, fast paced environment.
    
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
    
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
    
  • Experience with Protech preferred.
    
  • Industry experience in Division 8 preferred.
    
  • Must have the ability to take direction and suggestions in an open collaborative way.
