We are looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to join our team. The candidate will have the option to work in one of our office locations or remotely.

Your Role:

* Perform detailed analysis of federal and commercial RFQ/RFP documents and develop detailed compliance and writing responsibility matrices. Collaborate with members of the capture team to develop strategy and win themes.
* Assist with capture and strategy planning for targeted contracts.
* Manage the proposal process, documents, and schedule to ensure a compliant, on-time response.
* Edit proposal materials to eliminate grammatical and formatting errors.
* Lead and assist other writing, graphics, and communication requests as needed.
* Provide graphic/layout assistance and direction to the design team.
* Prepare focused, project-specific resumes, project descriptions, corporate background information, and management information as required (i.e., health and safety, quality, management, project controls) for proposals and presentations.
* Initiate and lead proposal kickoff and status calls, and review team calls as needed.
* Lead development of any follow-on responses-final proposal revisions, best-and-final offers, interviews, etc.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors from an accredited institution with a focus in marketing, communications, journalism, science, engineering, or a related field.
* At least 7 years of experience with proposal development and substantial track record leading winning proposals for government environmental, and engineering contracts.
* At least 3 years of experience developing proposals at an engineering consulting or construction firm preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in technical writing, review, and editing of large volumes of technical documents (USACE, Navy, other DoD, DOS, etc.).
* Must be willing to travel as needed for team meetings.
* Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience.

Salary Range: $90k-$125k

A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with state regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
