We are currently looking for an experienced people leader with
experience in the professional services industry and a strategic,
progressive growth mindset to serve as our new Director of Human
Resources . Reporting to the CEO, this person will be an important
member of the Signature Analytics' Executive Team and will have a
key role in driving the growth of our organization. This is a
full-time, 100% remote working opportunity within the United
States.
ROLE
- Leader : Oversee the people operations and strategic workforce
planning initiatives for an organization of 75+ remote employees,
including employee engagement, learning, and development programs,
talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance.
- Business Partner : Partner with the CEO, President, and EVPs to
understand the needs of our growing organization and develop
strategic talent initiatives and organizational design to meet our
business goals. Develop, analyze, and present relevant metrics and
insights to the business to drive the focus and execution of
strategy.
- Coach and Mentor : Provide coaching and leadership development
expertise and continue to build upon our existing People Manager
development program. Create a scalable People Manager initiative
with monthly management and leadership training programs.
- Manager : Lead and mentor a human resources and talent
acquisition team of 2 and coordinate with our service provider
partners; benefits, insurance, technology, and payroll.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Develop and execute recruitment
and retention strategies with our in-house recruiter that ensures
we have the right talent to meet our business objectives at the
right time. This includes developing job descriptions, sourcing
candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating terms, and managing
the onboarding process.
- Retention and Culture : Develop retention strategies that focus
on employee engagement and satisfaction as well as compensation
plans and programs that align with our business objectives. Provide
executive-level support and guidance to the employee-lead Employee
Experience Team (EXT) with employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management : Design and drive performance
management and feedback practices that ensure employee success and
engagement. This includes managing employee grievances, conflicts,
and disciplinary actions.
- Training and Development : Identify skills gaps within the
organization and work with the operations team to develop training
and development programs to address those gaps. This includes
identifying training needs, creating training materials, and
delivering training sessions on our training platform and in
virtual settings.
- Employee Career Progression : Guide People Managers through our
Semi-Annual Development Planning process and promotion cycles in
15Five.
- Compliance and HR Management : Ensure compliance with all
local, state, and federal employment laws in a rapidly changing and
growing multi-state organization. Conduct benefits administration
for a self-insured organization and work in partnership with our
broker partners to ensure smooth benefits delivery to our
employees. Serve as the Administrator for our HR Tech.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
- 7-10 years of progressive HR management or leadership
experience is required; experience in the professional services
industry is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience required
- Great communication skills with the ability to communicate
effectively in multiple formats and have a positive influence with
staff and executives
- Strategic abilities and tactical execution - able and willing
to roll up sleeves when necessary
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills
- "Figure-it-out" mentality - able to research and advise on new
and developing best practices or laws
- Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with self-insured corporate benefits administration
preferred
- Experience with Rippling, 15Five, Greenhouse, Lessonly, and
LinkedIn Recruiter preferred

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $135,000
- $160,000 annually with a bonus opportunity. In order to provide a
competitive compensation package, Signature Analytics takes into
account a variety of factors including but not limited to market
compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and
certifications. A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the
compensation package, in addition to benefits (employer
contribution towards medical, dental, and vision premiums; 401(k)
match; professional development reimbursements; cell phone and home
office stipend, etc.) depending on the position offered.
