The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management (PLM), product development, reliability, cost projection, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple programs from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.
• Manages the entire program with P&L responsibility for the awarded budget
• Develops detailed project plans, including product, work, and resource breakdown structures
• Analyzes, prioritizes, and drives execution of tasks on the Critical Path
• Ensures customer satisfaction through excellent communication and achieves on-time deliveries with excellent quality
• Monitor and report program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management in the aerospace, space, commercial, or defense industry.
  • Strong technical background in composite materials, engineered materials, or related fields.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
