Associate Director of Clinical Quality Assurance & ComplianceWe are seeking licensed social services professionals (LCSW or LMFT) with leadership experience overseeing behavioral health and other clinical programs to join our QAC team as the Associate Director of Clinical Quality Assurance and Compliance (CQAC). This position will oversee contractual compliance and quality assurance for our growing portfolio of clinical services. A high level of initiative, advanced data analysis skills, and a proven ability to drive best practices are a must!Under the leadership of the Chief Compliance & Administration Officer, the Associate Director of CQAC directs the activities and staff of the CQAC division. This position assumes a key leadership role to help formulate, administer, and build capacity for clinical and behavioral health services. This includes overseeing program compliance assessment, implementation, development, and management to ensure alignment with operational systems and best practices. Additionally, the Associate Director of CQAC monitors and evaluates compliance, performance, billing, and quality assurance of the program departments providing direct clinical services and oversight. Coordinating these programs across the state to ensure uniform conformance and maximum efficiency of program delivery in accordance with state and federal requirements and contract agreements is an essential responsibility of this role. Furthermore, as a member of QAC's departmental leadership team, this position serves as a representative of the department and works closely with program leadership, external entities, and stakeholders to maintain supportive relationships. Responsibilities of the Associate Director of CQAC include: Risk Management Program Implementation Internal & External Auditing Reporting & Performance Evaluation Document Management General Management, Oversight & Other Duties Strength and experience in all areas of clinical program oversight including: Staff Supervision Program Development and Implementation Program Reporting and Evaluation Quality Assurance and Compliance The development and implementation of policies and procedures Analyzing practices to identify barriers and make recommendations for improvementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTo be considered for this position, we require all candidates have:* Current and active licensure with the California BBS (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)* Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field as recognized as eligible for licensure by the California BBS* 3-5 years of full-time, post-graduate professional management and supervisory experience in quality assurance or behavioral health programs subject to Medi-Cal regulations, demonstrating progressive responsibility over time or professional experienced deemed equivalent.* One (1) year of management experience in the administration of clinical services, quality assurance, or program administration* Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel, and data base systems* Proven proficiency in data collection, high-level analysis, evaluation, and reporting* Strength and experience in all areas of clinical program oversight including:* Staff Supervision* Program Development and Implementation* Program Reporting and Evaluation* Quality Assurance and Compliance* The development and implementation of policies and procedures* Analyzing practices to identify barriers recommendations for improvements MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS* Be able and willing to work flexible hours which may include evenings or weekends* Have employment eligibility verification* Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training* Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
