    Safety Sensitive: No Pay Range - $101,230.24 - 146,578.22 (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills)

    GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
    Supports executive management level by managing specific business programs/projects to optimize division wide or overall company financial and business development objectives. Provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities for improvement. Directly responsible for managing specific projects or operating roles that support the division or company-wide business.

    Leads initiatives to analyze complex business challenges and issues using data and research from internal and external sources. May need to investigate and research areas where limited internal knowledge exists. Will be required to work with many organizational functions across a division or the company to implement policies and initiatives. Maybe assigned to numerous liaison roles between the various division entities and corporate groups on operational, financial and regulatory issues. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    4-year bachelor's degree in engineering/business related field 5 years minimum experience in engineering and/or program management Native Japanese language e xperience in a Japanese corporate environment including reporting to Japanese native speakers. Experience with establishing profit plans, and/or tracking expenditures and profit Experience in communicating directly with customers Strong program management and presentation skills Ability to multi-task multiple projects/programs at one time Familiarity with technical aspects of RF/MW and/or 5G markets Travel 10% of time or more MBA degree with manufacturing experience preferred


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Works on major corporate initiatives as assigned by a specific VP level executive to ensure conformance to corporate policies and industry standard requirements. Projects maybe assigned across a wide range of subjects in the financial, technical and business development areas.
    • Implements and leads the company on specific projects. Creates milestones, project plans and company-wide formats to be implemented across multiple product lines and business organizations. Tracks project status and communicates to various levels of management. Writes and implements procedures. Trains company personnel, audits established systems and recommends improvements to enhance company functions. Travel may be required in order to visit and work at various company locations across the United States and in Japan and Mexico.
    • Conducts research and analysis to support project work. May require learning and research in areas where limited or no knowledge exists at the company. Contacts and establishes relationship with outside entities and consultants in order to implement best practices in the company.
    • Establish, maintain, modify, and update databases and spreadsheets to support program requirements. Document, develop, and maintain program briefings. Prepare and maintain electronic presentation files for a variety of audiences, including regular reporting. This includes reporting to Japan headquarters.
