Quarterly Bonus incentive potential of up to $10,000/annuallyThe Floor Manager, under direction of the General Manager, is responsible for ensuring that service standards, food preparation, production, recipes and standards within restaurant are operating in accordance to the Fish Markets standards of Uncompromising Quality.Essential Job Duties:Training, coaching, and developing team members to ensure they are providing Uncompromised Quality food and service for the Fish Markets guestsEnsuring safety & sanitationConducting inventories to ensure that proper levels are stocked and assessing ordering patterns and changesScheduling staffMaking hiring and termination recommendations to General ManagerQualifications:Three to five years experience full service, high volume, restaurant management experienceServe Safe Certification and Responsible Beverage Service numberAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to motivate and direct team members and work effectively in management teamKeen attention to detailProven problem-solvingAbility to stand and walk around a restaurant to supervise operations for 8-10 hoursAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasionThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this work.
