Design ManagerThe Jones Payne Group is seeking a talented and
experienced Design Manager to join our team. We are a firm that
works in both the public and private sectors, focusing on projects
that positively impact communities. As Mid-Level Architect, you
will play a pivotal role in the development of projects from
concept through construction. This position will be based in San
Diego, CA.Who are we?Jones Payne is a national firm comprised of
three core practice areas: Facility Architecture, Noise Mitigation,

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to
develop project designs that meet client and other stakeholder
requirements.
- Travel to job sites throughout the country conducting field
surveys.
- Develop construction documents and provide support during the
construction process.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and
to the satisfaction of clients.Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an
accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architecture, with a focus on
public and private sector projects.
- Strong design and technical skills, including proficiency with
Revit, AutoCAD, Revu, and other design software. We are a
Revit-first firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both in
person and virtually.
- Willingness and capability to travel to project sites
nationwide.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED
certification a plus.
- Experience with community engagement and stakeholder management
