A company is looking for a Client Delivery Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Own The Client Service Manager Role by providing leadership and
direction to the team
Identify and Close Gaps in processes to ensure timely and quality
completion of work
Acquire, Train, and Evaluate CSM Talent Pool to maintain a
high-performing team
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading client support staff within benefit
administration organization/industry
Proven experience with data analysis through Excel, Tableau,
PowerBI, etc
Proven track record of identifying and executing large-scale
business initiatives
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to lead and manage meetings effectively
