Key Responsibilities:
Provide authoritative guidance on corporate goals and objectives
related to subcontract activity
Review solicitations and prepare specialized responses for
proposals
Analyze contract requirements to ensure compliance with laws and
reduce risk
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 10+ years of professional
experience
Strong experience negotiating and analyzing contract
requirements
Leadership skills and experience managing teams
Experience developing and implementing procurement strategies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in relevant
field
