interventions
Serve as a trusted advisor on payments and product

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in
customer success or account management
Strong business acumen and understanding of user business
strategies
Experience leading technical conversations and driving action based
on solutions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate data
effectively
Proven organizational and time management skills in a dynamic
environment
