Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service/Plan Manager,
Disability & LTC Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and provide administration and support
for supplemental disability and long-term care insurance
benefits
Coordinate annual enrollment campaigns and analyze client census
data for eligible executive populations
Collaborate with sales and IT teams to ensure accurate quotes and
create sales presentations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required
2-3 years of account servicing or corporate-level customer service
experience required
Experience with disability and long-term care products
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
Life and Health license with Long Term Care preferred or to be
obtained within six months of employment
