A company is looking for a Corporate Support Manager -
Northeast.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and workflow for assigned mortgage office
staff
Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies while
improving operational efficiency
Develop and maintain effective employee training and professional
development programs
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Processing, or
Underwriting
3 to 5 years of management experience
Understanding of the mortgage lending function and relevant
regulations
Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, GNMA, and VA housing loans
Experience with Encompass LOS system is a plus
