Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Case Manager Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Work with case managers and agencies to enroll new members and
update accounts
Answer incoming calls and communicate with agencies and CMs to
ensure accurate information
Process tasks in H2H and Rivet work queues for client services and
billing accuracy
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Zero or more years of experience or equivalent
education/experience
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and
Teams preferred
Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within
specified periods
Bilingual Spanish preferred
