Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Escalations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Personal Loan Escalations teams to ensure
contractual requirements are met
Analyze historical work to identify trends and prepare remediation
plans for partner performance
Coordinate with team members to prepare and update contracts and
related documents as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience in vendor relations,
contract management, or performance management
Experience leading on-site and remote teams with a focus on
accountability and collaboration
Ability to identify and evaluate key performance indicators
(KPIs)
Proven record of performing in a dynamic environment with changing
priorities
Fluent in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
