Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Transaction Manager to oversee
transaction management for complex real estate portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Implement portfolio plans aligned with client real estate goals and
optimize integration with workplace strategies
Oversee transaction service delivery, manage transaction teams, and
ensure compliance with state real estate standards
Lead the development of strategic plans and provide real estate
advice to clients, focusing on occupancy cost savings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
7+ years of real estate experience in transaction management or
corporate real estate
Experience with complex transaction management and lease
negotiations
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction
documents
