We are seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources to join our team. Requirements include:

• Self-motivated with a desire to advance your career.
• Previous leadership experience as a Manager or higher.
• At least three years of Human Resources experience is preferred.
• Experience in hotel operations or HR is a plus.
• Union experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000.Responsibilities include assisting in overseeing HR functions such as recruiting, training, benefits, compliance, employee relations, labor relations, performance evaluations, safety, and employment processes.
