Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage all supply chain operations
including procurement, inventory management, and working directly
with our suppliers. 2. Develop and implement supply chain
strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. 3. Manage and
optimize supplier performance and develop strong, cooperative
relationships with suppliers. 4. Negotiate with suppliers and
vendors to secure advantageous terms. 5. Oversee the operation of
ERP and MRP systems. 6. Develop and manage budget for supply chain
processes. 7. Implement effective inventory control strategies and
manage stock levels to meet business needs. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business
administration, or a related field (preferred). 2. A minimum of 8
years of experience in supply chain within a manufacturing setting.
3. Proven experience as a Supply Chain Lead or similar role. 4.
Proficiency in ERP and MRP systems. 5. Experience in vendor
negotiations and managing supplier relationships. 6. Strong
knowledge of inventory management practices. 7. APICS certification
preferred. 8. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. 9.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred). 10. Strong
knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Interested in
