clients. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and
motivated PMO Director to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
The PMO Director will be responsible for overseeing the project
management office and ensuring the successful delivery of projects
for our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with
excellent opportunities for growth and development. Key
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the project management office,
including setting goals, developing strategies, and overseeing
project delivery. - Develop and implement project management
processes, procedures, and tools to ensure efficient and effective
project execution. - Collaborate with clients to understand their
project management needs and develop customized solutions to meet
their requirements. - Hire, train, and manage a team of project
managers and coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of
projects. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to
clients and senior management. - Identify and mitigate project
risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success. -
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including
clients, vendors, and team members. - Conduct project reviews and
lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project management
processes and practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in
project management, business administration, or a related field. -
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at
least 3 years in a leadership role. - PMP certification or
equivalent project management certification is preferred. - Strong
understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and
processes. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with
the ability to motivate and manage a team. - Proven track record of
successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working with clients in a consulting environment is a
plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to
work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficiency in
project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Must be
willing to travel occasionally for client meetings and project site
