This is rare - may occur monthly.Recognizes when things are falling off track then able to course correct quickly through collaboration with key leadership.--YOUR SPECIFIC ROLEYou will be contributing to the agency by distributing client's content into several digital retail applications at a global scale. You will be managing daily requests and upload of content for brand, and retail partners. You will be helping with follow-through on requirements, coordinating resources, and developing project artifacts such documentation, copy, video, and static imagery. Overall making sure the content necessary for success is landing correctly and on time.--In this role you may also help in making creative team requests, overseeing engineering improvements to the CMS, supporting in the QA of applications, and managing relevant tasks for the creative success of the content. We are open to any other skillsets that you are particularly interested in nurturing further in this role.---Oversee the success of a proprietary content management system (CMS).Manage partners to deliver against creative and technology requirements.Audit graphics, video, and copy to maintain quality content.Implement content on a daily, weekly basis.Solicits and organizes all required information to deploy applications effectively at retail.Manage a growing pipeline of content that includes critical partners and global content.Ensure timeline planning, scheduling, and execution of the correct assets required for campaign pushes.Identify improvements within CMS for better efficiencies with partners and process.Lead the process and adoption of any new requirements or testing scenarios to improve overall program.Maintain documentation for any new changes within process or content program.Handle any incidents that may occur, escalating any issues as needed.Learns quickly with the ability to self-start your day.Appreciates the ability to be proactive, owning the tasks given to you.Interested in basic HTML and JavaScript functions, with willingness to learn foundations.Passionate about client management and the relationship being created in the process.Capable working with a diverse team including designers, copywriters, and developers.Strong attention to details and remembering those details that allows all client requests to be met as promised.Comfortable in having conversations as needed to course correct, no matter how tough.-- ABOUT EXPERIENCES FOR MANKINDExperiences For Mankind (EFM) is a downtown San Diego creative services agency with a focus on making brand moments matter.
