Eastridge Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Clinical Study
Assistant for a provider of pharmacy benefit management services to
health plans, hospitals and employers in the United
States.Temporary Associate Clinical Solutions ManagerThe Associate
Clinical Solutions Manager provides support in the areas of process
analysis, project management, and business process improvement. The
Associate Clinical Solutions Manager will liaison with and across
departments to ensure that products, programs, services, and
operational functions are implemented efficiently and effectively.
The position supports the overall vision, goals, and objectives for
the Health Outcomes and Clinical Products department to ensure
assigned Business Unit Initiatives, are successful, meet corporate
operational excellence criteria and yield revenue to meet target
goals.What You Get To Do:Manages the collection of requirements
from business units related to iCAP COE (integrated Clinical and
Analytics Platform Center of Excellence) needs maintaining and
tracking projects and related tasks, timelines, and deliverables to
ensure effective and efficient migration and management of
enterprise communicationsIn coordination with Clinical Solutions
Managers, identify the assignment of program task responsibilities
to individual team membersAssesses feasibility and need related to
the development of new workflows necessary to deliver Clinical
Outreach Intervention products and programsEnsures that any
communication materials that are a part of the products are issued
free of defects in a timely and efficient mannerAnalyzes program
configurations to ensure adherence with design requirementsPerforms
analysis of completed configurations in a pre-production
environment to ensure that they function as intended and meet
client program requirementsAdheres to procedural and quality
standards, including thorough and accurate documentation and
testing protocolsAssesses and makes recommendations to increase
efficiency and effectiveness of workflows created using the iCAP
deliverables, such as fulfillment channels, master templates,
Inspire Interactive templates, and content managementOversees the
implementation of new workflows by working with business units to
ensure the iCAP Assessment and Document Rationalization forms are
completed accurately and in a timely mannerAnalyzes implementation
documents and identifies discrepancies, inaccuracies, anomalies,
and unintended consequencesMakes recommendations and develops
solutions to ensure the accuracy of program implementation.Analyze
and research solutions for operational, performance and service
issues within clinical programs for alignment with operational
goals and performance metricsServe as a liaison between Health
Services functional areas and ancillary business units, including
Information Technology, Operations and Business Development to
ensure timely project or product timelinesEffectively utilize the
assets, tools, and processes necessary to achieve business
objectives by leveraging analysis, evaluation, planning and
organizational skills/toolsProvide recommendations for the
acquisition/development or enhancement of equipment and systems
necessary to support the business in an efficient and quality
mannerProvide backup support to the Clinical Program Coordinator
assisting with clinical outreach intervention tasks as
needed.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree from a
four-year college or university;4-6+ years' experience and/or
education in project coordination, and/or business analysis in
health care or related environment; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.Computer SkillsTo perform this job
successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office
Suite. Knowledge of POS system highly desirable.Benefits: From time
