IHOT offers services throughout San Diego County.The IHOT program also serves as the gatekeeper program through which referrals to the Telecare Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program are made. -The AOT program is part of a continuum of supportive services offered to individuals with serious mental illness who are opposed to engaging in treatment services and who meet the nine criteria of Laura's Law.Shifts Available:Salaried position, full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmTelecare proudly participates in wage transparency.If you are a LCSW LMFT or LPCC: -Wage range $77,486.76 - $113,961.90.***This position comes with a $5,000.00 sign on bonus***Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)--- Must have a valid LCSW LMFT or LPCC with CA BBS.--- Prefer that you have clinical management or leadership experience.
